I just tried it, and I see why people like it. The detail level is amazing considering it started as a 2D drawing. Most of the time, I'm not convinced the power route noticed I was cutting. Sanded a little on the edge, blow off with compressed air, and add some shellac to help seal the MDF.

It's 480mm. Just under 19" diameter. The gcode simulation estimated almost 4 hours. It ended up taking 1.5. I must have set up the simulation with a setting wrong.

looks awesome, Some day I hope to get the hang of doing vcarve. I have tons of people who want saying signs, but my vcarving sucks. I think im not putting the bit settings in correctly or something.
