I have an M3 and what to mill some 1/8" thick plexiglass. My plan is to use a 2 flute endmill. Any suggestions on the router speed and feed to use?
Thank you

I went with 2450 mm/min on 8000 rpm. on my power route. You want lower rpm to prevent melting. Fast feeds for the same reason.

I use a spiral 'O' flute up-cut mill from Amana and it works well for 1/8" acrylic - www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001307R3E/Running it at the lowest RPM setting on the Dewalt and haven't had any problems with chipping or melting. Generally, I'm cutting a single pass at ~2000mm/min.
