Using the Universal Gcode software on my W10 computer - connected several times testing the motors and homing switches. Disconnected to make some adjustments and not when I connect power I have power to my fan. I connected the USB to my computer and get the green light on the board. The USB connection does not show up in device manger so I can not connect via the Universal Gcode software. Tried on a second computer that had connected also before with the same results. Any suggestions.

Are you using the same USB cable on both computers?

Yes - using the USB cable that came with the unit. Had some issues with my computer due to a Java issue with the software and we started the testing with a computer that us used for this same unit of a buddy. Java issue resolved so we continued the testing with my computer and was able to connect several times before running into this issue. Thanks

Perhaps you should try a different cable.

Must be a driver issue then. Try to re-install the USB/Serial driver.

Is there a location I can download the driver to install? I checked with support and they recommended to disconnect the Uno board and connect it only to my computer which resulted in a error message that the usb driver malfunction and windows does not recognize it. Attempted to repair but it did not help.
Thank you

I installed the whole Arduino IDE software on my Windows 10 machine. Maybe try that.
