Can someone help me figure out why the R side isn't as detailed as the left and it cut the knobs off? Board is level....and this was a piece of MDF not warped.....thanks!

IMO, it can only be three things. Your workpieces z plane is not parallel to your machine's x and y travel, your machine's x and/or y travel is not straight/ has a bow, or your cam program is not telling the machine to cut as deep in that area.
Most likely your workpiece is not parallel to the x and/or y travel. If you mount an indicator to your spindle or spindle mount, does the reading/ distance to the face of the work piece remain the same in all areas of x and y travel?

I will look into that when I get home later tonight. I have noticed any time I have run something that the right side cuts deeper than the left side it doesn't seem to matter what it is so I'm assuming there something not level as it travels across

I'll check it out! I am still very new to this and my son is the one who runs the machine we very well could have done something wrong with assembling
