Now that I have the CK assembled, there's a lot i'd like to do with it. But I'd prefer not to have all (or even some) of the electronics lying around, so the first project was an electronics enclosure (yes, I later realized the fan plate was upside down, was in a bit of a rush as I finished it up). It holds the standard pieces (power supply, board) as well as the spindle power supply and PWM board. Switches control the power to the PWM board and the fan/control board. I haven't decided yet, but I've been considering instead of the current switches (as much as I like them) installing a single pole dual light switch to control the AC power to the PSU's instead of the power to the boards.

Nice! I've got a PowerRoute with the laser add-on and am looking at doing something similar to what you've done here, because getting saw dust in the Laser module can't possibly be good for it -Kev

After I had about half of the pieces cut, I remembered that I wanted to add a laser at some point, so it’ll need to be redesigned later. It doesn’t do so much for dust right now, since the fans will suck it in, but I found a few dust filters for pc fans that would likely work.
