I like the acrylic too! When the diamond drag point is scraping the acrylic, is there any residue that needs cleaned off, or is it more of just making a tiny trough in the acrylic? This is definitely another CNC "rabbit hole" you could go down in and not come out for a while. :-) Thanks for sharig.

I simply rub the acrylic with a microfiber cloth and it's removes all the residue that's left. It makes a clean cut.
