Hi,
I am finally able to spend some time with my Power Route and desperately hoping someone can help me. I built the machine last spring, confirmed all operations and did 2 x small test cuts, one in V-Carve and one in Fusion 360. All seemed to work properly. Kids are back in school and I now have a bit more time to use the CNC - this is still all new to me.
This morning I fired up the machine and couldn't get any movement from the stepper motors. I had proper movement on each stepper the last time I powered up the Power Route up (a month ago).
I now see 3 x continuous red lights on the power supply and each stepper driver has both a red and green light, continuously lit. The cooling fan runs, although it seems to spin slower than it did before.
The UGCS interface shows that I am connected and can order inputs to the jog controller. The Controller State DRO displays jog commands as it normally would, recognizing and registering movements and changes from "IDLE" to "JOG" but there is no movement or sound from the stepper motors.
I've tried disconnecting the power, data cable and rebooted my computer but no dice. It always comes back with the 3 x red power supply lights and red & green stepper driver lights.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Hey. That sounds like a short somewhere. Not sure where it would have emerged from but we wouldn't be able to tell here. Please email support@millrightcnc.com with this thread and your order info. We will have to work out something on getting the box back from you, examining it, and correctly it.
