Hello all, The Carver King is now fully assembled. -x and + x movement: Good control with UGS.-y and + y movement: Good control with UGS.-z and + z movement: Not performing as intended. Note: Performed great during testing phase that occurred on page 32 of ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MILLRIGHT CNC CARVE KING Version 1.05 guide, but then noticed it wouldn't move after mounting the router. I removed the router and performed the following ( links to videos are provided below): This video is me manually controlling the lead screw. Note: The screw to tighten coupler to lead screw is very tight, but yet the coupler moves intermittently. This video is me using UGS to control the led screw. Note: The Z motor is emitting a noise (can you hear it in video?) Finally this video is of the router mount and how it wiggles a little (I didn't notice this wiggle during the successful testing). Here is a photo of the shield board.

Hey Carlos. I wanted the videos. The Z coupler isn't tightened to the Z screw. That's what we're seeing. I'm willing to send you another coupler and screw if you'll email support@millrightcnc.com referencing this post.
I can't imagine why it wouldn't be tight to it if the set screw is tight, but it's just not grabbing it.
