So I recently purchased a Power Route, this is a firstmachine for me. Other than a dented t-plate, having to manually thread some of the 5/16 holes, and a t but seemingly over sized and not threaded it all, everything seemed hunky dory. That is until I got to my z axis ball screw. I reached out to Derek, who stayed I could get a replacement under warranty, however I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this type of issue. The ball but is seemingly stuck with maybe 1/16th of a turn being able to be moved but nothing more than that. In comparison to the x and y axis ball screws which can be turned with a few fingers, the z axis ball screw won't move a bit with a hand frimly gripping and then attempting to turn it. Upon closer inspection, the white gasket, that's what I'm calling it seems to have been distrubed during shipping or improperly sealed, you could see bearrings in one of the side ports, which in my.mind is not correct, but my experience goes as far as bike bearrings. While I am not looking to fix it myself, I'm simply looking to understand what might have happened, any I sight would be much appreciated.
