Hello All
this issue just cropped up I was I thought it was the software cut2d so I switched to Easel to test getting the same result so its not the gcode . see the video below and hopefully someone can help.

Hey. Here to help. That is indeed odd. If I'm looking at it right it seems to be going fine until about 18 seconds in at which point it begins the stutter. Is that right?
And I'm assuming you are 100% sure there is no mechanical impediment to the motion. Does it do this after few minutes of operation? Does it do it when only a particular axis is in motion? For instance, it looked like it might have started to misbehave during a Z ramp. Is that correct? Does it do the same thing if the tool is not engaged in the material (I mean if it is just "air cutting"). Does it do it on a rapid traverse? Are your driver pots still at 0.6V?
A lot of questions I know.... but this will help me get to the bottom of it.

i did a simple test this morning . just cutting straight lines . you can see the freezing and stuttering . its longer video. Im going to try using a different spindle mount .the one the dewalt is on is a 3d printed PLA one . Im going to put the original one back on

Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like the problem happens with a direction change. Like when its heading y minus and then goes back y plus. Is that correct? Seemed to be a lot of chatter at that direction change which could be attributable to that printed PLA mount.
Does it do this when it is not mechanically engaged? Like when it rapid traversing? What would it do if you ran that same job without an end mill in it?
