Hey Guys!
New to the cnc world and this forum. Seeing if anyone can help me out with this problem.
I design in Fusion. Setup the milling. Simulate and works perfect. Create the Post Process send it to UGC. Immediately get the message Active Status Hold “an error wasn’t detected while sending”
I click resume and just starts cutting shallow straight lines and not the 2D contour that the process is supposed to be.
Any ideas?
Thank you!

Does it jog in all directions using the jog controls? Can you show us your settings. You can type $$ in the command line and copy and paste it here?

Fusion was moving the contour to somewhere I hadn’t selected and that couldn’t be contoured. It wasn’t giving the error in manufacture just in UGS. Once I deleted that contour it worked.
