Hello, I am a new owner of an M3 and its my first CNC so I am quite new to the experience. I have been troubleshooting and figuring things out for a while, but when I finally got my g-code and some other things all done correctly the cut came out very wrong. It was doing the right motions, but see the picture to see what happened. It seems to me that the farther along in the g-code it got, the more the z access got more inaccurate. For reference the bottom right hole was cut first and all holes were cut after the outer shape. The holes should have gone all the way through. You can see near the origin it actually made it through but other places it only barely got through the surface, I watched it and it did try to make tabs everywhere but it didn't matter cause it wasn't at the level it thought it was. I am very unsure what would cause this. I am 90% sure my g-code is good, my thoughts were maybe there was something wrong with the z access or bed. Anyone have any ideas?

Does it come up shallower or deeper in the same place on multiple cuts? If so then either your table isn't level or your gantry (the part that holds the spindle) isn't level.

Make sure the board is flat. If it's bowed in or out it will affect your cut.
