FWIW, I run a very short, shielded USB cable between a Windows laptop and the MillRight control box, both placed to the left side of my MegaV. I run the DeWalt router power cord outside of any cable trough, positioned as far as possible from any MillRight wiring, to a power outlet to the right side of my MegaV. I use no external ferrites or other "isolators." I've never had any issues related to connectivity or interference. I've had many issues related to poorly planned hold-downs -- but that's another matter.

Oh yeah, the poorly planned hold down thing. I'm guilty of that for sure...

DId you ever get this fixed? I am having the same problems with PVC. I am thinking I have to ground the machine, but I do not know how to do that. ANy help or anything that worked for you would help. Thanks

My 'fix' was to unhook all of the dust collection stuff and run it like that. It's much more of a mess to clean up, but it works most of the time. Which machine are you using and what locale?

It's been over a year and no one is probably looking at this any more but I have a couple more nuggets of info related to my Millright Carve King set up: I have re hooked up my dust collection using a real dust collector with dust collection hose. I have not had any more stoppage issues. The proper equipment helps tremendously. Also - I run my Carve King a lot. At one point I could not seem to adjust it any more to get quality cuts out of it. Turns out the culprit was the Makita router. The bearings were going bad. I put in a new router and that solved my problem with cut quality.
