Looks Good. Im working on a delrin project right now. Can i ask what type of end mill a you are using and what are your speeds and feeds. hi i am using 6mm single flute carbide endmill. speed is no.1 from my dewalt router think it is 16,000 and feedrate 300-400 Thanks. I have been using a 2 flute and not getting a good finish ill try a single flute. I was also thinking my stock may be to cold. My m3 is in the garage and i have been only heating it to 45 to 50 degrees

I do. I stabilize and cast. cool! are you selling? how much? can see some of your work My stabilized burl blanks that are 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" x 5 1/2" are typically $40. I can do solid or double or triple dyed blanks. Right now I'm sold out, but I can give you my information in a PM if you'd like. Its impossible for me to post pictures at the 1mb that's allowed here. Are you on FB or Messenger? I can send you pictures that way easily.
