I so desperately need one. I don't like how close the shavings are getting to the fan on my Uno Board. Last thing I need is wood in there. I saw it mentioned back in August that there was one being worked on. Does anyone know if its out?
Thanks for helping this newb. I don't have the knowledge or ability to make one.

It got sidetracked by other things and is way on the back burner. I think you can find some dust shoe projects by searching. I think in some of those posts members shared the files.

Why not make one?
Instead of 3d printing one, imagine slicing it in to 4 slices. That's what I did and milled one out of four horizontal slices. Each one 3/4" thick.
Stack those slices and glue them together.
(more hints to follow )

I made it in Fusion360. I wanted a design that required only machining on one side. 4 pieces.
I glued the finished parts together with clear RTV.
It holds good, but if I crash the mill, it won't break the wood (mohogany) I used.
I also wanted to use 2 liter coke bottle strips instead of brush because then you can see the router bit.
(more to follow)

... You just need calipers to measure the router diameter and the hose diameter ... Attachments:

Do you have a link for the dust boot you purchased from china? I would highly appreciate it! I assume you meant this for gisco not me.
