Is there a command I can type into UGS to zero out the 4th axis after running a tool path? I tried pressing the "A" button to zero out the A rotation with no luck. After running a combined Helix- Finishing and detailing pass, UGS counts all the revolutions that it did during that tool path. This equated to a lot of rotations in one direction. See picture attachment. I found it faster and easier to power down the controllers and UGS, power up everything along with re-zeroing my project then waiting fore the 4th axis to spin 170 plus times to get back to "zero" degrees. I had no issues zeroing everything else. I'm new to all this, so any help would be appreciated. Also... attached are my Newbie Trophies I know they're basic and nothing special... But it's a start. Is there a way to create a second zero point. I tried to read up on I think it's the G43.1 command...Maybe this will solve the issue? Then I can worry about the zero point on the Z axis afterwards. I have been zeroing my projects from the center point on the tail stock (center of material)

Looks like you're making great progress. I can't help with the 4th axis question, but I'd send an email to support@millrightcnc.com
