Greetings all, I’m Peter, first time poster who is assembling the M3 for a friend. I’ve been making pretty good progress but then ran into a simple problem. Got the Y Axis assy. pulleys and belts installed just fine but when I got to the Z Axis assy. to install the pulley on the right frame piece (the third of three pulleys) I found the bore in the pulley is ~8mm while the motor spindle is 5mm like the others (see photo). Seems like I have the wrong pulley or there’s a bushing/spacer missing. What am I missing? Thanks for any help. Also, have the 52mm spindle mount that I missed installing in the first assy. and now have to disassemble the X Axis assy. in order to do this, not a problem, just a d’oh! moment. Problem is, I have two bags of long screws (see photo) marked 10-32 2.5”/2”/1.5” (four each w/ no nuts or washers), the other unmarked black hex bolts, similar length with nuts, no washers. I can find no guidance in the instructions or online but I’m thinking the hex screws are the right ones(?). Thanks again. Attachments:

That looks like the wrong pulley. Send an email to support@millrightcnc.com list your issues.

Thanks Bruce. Going to contact them (again) via their website and we’ll see if I get a bite.
