Hello everyone, I have a Carve King and using Aspire. I am running into trouble just cutting out a 3x6 piece. I started roughly with 3.5 x 6.5 piece and only getting a 3.125x6.125. In Aspire, I am doing a basic profile cut, cutting on the outside the 3x6 parameter. I trying to figure out if it is my cnc or if something is going on with aspire. I am centering my work in the middle of my piece, I have done this with other projects before and have not had a problems. Is there any adjustments I need to make on my cnc to keep it accuracy. If you guys have any ideas it would greatly be appreciated.

What size bit are you using and what size bit size are you telling Aspire to use?

I am using a flat 1/4" end mill. I selected a flat 1/4" end mill in aspire.

The reason I asked is that it's curious that each side is leaving 1/16". So it may be a parameter setting in Aspire. In fusion 360, you have the option to leave stock for a later finishing pass. Does Aspire have that option?
