Good Afternoon,
I have got the carve king and have finished putting it together. I have downloaded the G-sender software but every time I try to send a command to the router I keep getting the "error while starting file stream." I am not sure if I am connected to my computer or not. I reviewed the video on YouTube and made sure I was set up the same way. I have tried all different ports on my computer but still get the same thing. Any help is greatly welcomed.

assuming you are using Windows 10, check and make sure the port you are using in Device Manager. It should look like this:

Good evening,
I did check my port and it is the correct one. Once I connect the plug turns orange not green and all I get in the console is that " ****Connected to COM3 @ 115200 baud **** " and that's all nothing else. The mill right support said it is likely an M6 code that the UGS ignores and I can change it in the setting but I am not sure where the settings are to add the M6.

What CAD/CAM software are you using? M6 is a tool change command. You can usually turn that off or generate separate G-code files for each toolpath.
