Hi, I just completed my Mega V build last night and am having trouble getting it to move in the Y-axis. The right motor moves, but the left one does not, causing the machine to bind. On my controller unit, I found that the external connections were in a different order from the assembly video: X, Y-Right, Z, then presumably Y-Left. Connected in this way, I am able to jog along the X and Z axes using UGS, but only the Y-Right motor moves when I try to move on the Y axis. The Y-Left motor itself works, because it moves if plugged into the Z axis connector. Inside the controller, the motor wiring doesn't make sense to me. There are three stepper motor drivers, each connected with 4 wires to the X, Y-Left and Z connectors. The 4th motor connector just has two wires connected, so I don't know how it could even function as stepper motors require 4 wire connections. See attached. Is this how it is supposed to be wired? How many stepper motor drivers should there be in the controller? Any ideas?

That doesn't look right to me either. There should be an X, Y1, Y2, and Z motor connections. Send an email to support@millrightcnc.com with the picture you have and description of the problem.

I had that problem once when I took the connections off the box and made the mistake of connecting one of the y axis to the 4th axis.

Thanks for the responses. I contacted MillRight support and it seems I received a Power Route controller instead of a Mega V controller.
