Some help on this would be greatly appreciated...
I have been using my M3 for 2 years now without an issue. The only difference between then and now is that I am using the UGS download from the MillRight resources page instead of the original net Bean 8.1 download from 2 years ago. Now the router on my M3 plunges straight down thru everything... material, spoil board and main board when I hit the start button/arrow. I set up everything as I have done in the past when all was working correctly but now instead of starting the cutting when pressing the start arrow... it plunges straight down instantly. As I mentioned, the only difference is i switched to the MillRight UGS download, where I had been using NetBean 8.1 UGS. I tend to be able to work out mechanical problems but not so good with computers/software, etc.
Can anyone tell me what is happening and/or what I need to do to correct this? I attached the beginning of the G code as it was downloaded from Fusion360... Is there something in the G code that is making the router plunge? Has something gone bad in the electronics? I am getting pretty frustrated and am becoming desperate for answers. Please help...
Thank you
