For those that are a part of the first batch of the XXL. How did you create the spoil board and install the spoil board? Did you use the prolonged t nuts and drop-in Ts provided?
Did you measure and drill all of the holes on the spoilboard by hand, and then install it?

I was wondering the same thing. I need to get ahold of some 3/4 MDF first. Hard to find near Orlando apparently. I planned on using the template from MillRight so I don't have to hand drill all the holes.

I'd suggest letting the machine cut certain holes in features. For instance, you could clamp down a sheet of MDF to the front and rear cross members that you cut to down 1450mm (Home Depot and Lowes will sometimes cut a sheet to length for you) with a few screw clamps and then do the first half with the machine. Flip it 180 degrees, and then do the second half. You could even move the cross members our of the way some so you don't hit them when you bore the holes in the appropriate places.

there is a template on the resources page, the PDF shows the measurements but the DXG file will not load in UGS. Has anyone created a file yet that they could share? Or am I missing something on loading the file correctly?

UGS can't process DXF files. You need to load it in a CAM program like Fusion360 to generate gcode. Then load the gcode into UGS.
