I have my Mega V since June of this year and for the most part it has worked flawlessly. That is up until this morning. My Z Axis will not move and I believe it is related to the motor driver. Below are the troubleshooting steps and why I came to this conclusion. - Swapped X axis and Z Axis cables to the controller and was able to then move the Z Axis by telling the software to move the X axis. This tells me the motor and cabling to the controller is fine. - Check voltage directly off the power supply, to the motor drivers and to the connectors feeding the motors. All tested fine. - I noticed the a light on the z axis motor driver was blinking rather quickly while the other two motor drivers were solid. I re-seated the connected to the motor driver, no change. Moved the connector from the X axis motor driver to the Z axis, no change.
I am fairly certain it is the motor driver and I need to know how do I go about ordering a replacement and if there is any warranty that is provided for these electronics? I could just order a replacement but I am not sure what the dip switches are used for and want to be sure I either get an exact replacement or documentation showing what the dip switches are used for.
OR
I am completely wrong and need some direction on what to do next.
Any help you could provide will be greatly appreciated as I am currently dead in the water and have orders I need to get out. Thanks in advance.

Just in case anyone is reading this in the future and is having a similar issue it turns out it was indeed a motor driver.
Millright support did get back to me within 24 hours and have helped confirm the issue and in my case will be sending a replacement motor driver.
Couldn't be happier with how this was supported and just further validates my decision to purchase a Millright machine.
