Take a picture of your cam setup , geometry tab, and a picture of the tool paths after they've generated. Roger that. Will post in a little over an hour (waiting for kids to go to bed). All this help is very appreciated by the way. Sounds good. And your welcome. Happy to provide it.

The settings look good. We have had an update to 130, 131, and 132. In the command line, type these individually, pressing enter after each line: $130=432 $131=432 $132=95
The firmware initially sent out didn't have those even semi-close to true travel and it would sometimes cause homing cycles to stop prior to it getting all the way to the switches. This doesn't affect your cut depth, but I wanted to mention it.
As far as your cut depth: How far is it actually getting? Have you actually measured the stock with a set of calipers? Usually stock is under the nominal size (IE: They sell you 3/4" which is 19.05mm but it's really 18mm), but I have seen some stock called 3/4" that is actually 20 or 21mm. Some of the items in our sampler pack fall in this category. They are called 3/4" thickness but they are actually a little thicker than advertised. You can pretty much never trust your stock to be a particular, stated, thickness.
Aside from that, do a movement test. How far does it actually move. If you command a 50mm move, does it move 50mm, or 40mm, for instance? This should be pretty easy to measure if you just use distance from the top of the Z plate to the Z motor mount as a reference point.

Derek and Aforww, I took all the input both of you have given me and changed my workflow. I am happy to say I have finally created the first item using Fusion and it's because of you two. The wood wasn't the 19mm Fusion expected, but instead 19.6mm. The rounding around corner change fix the fin issue, and the change to the firmware settings fixed my homing issue. I appreciate the level of support you two have provided and can't wait to move onto the next project! Now I can cut out a bunch of these for my son. Thank you! -Jason

I agree the support you get here is excellent and very much appreciated and would say a lot off people feel the same way. 👏 By the way glad you got thing working. Can be a little frustrating at times but some off the things you can make it amazes me still and just love watching the machine work.

Fantastic. Glad you're off and running. Trust me when I say there will be many problems to come. Lol. Mostly due to thinking this POS software needs to do this. But it won't cooperate.
