It looks like it's doing a contour for every change in elevation. We can definitely clean that up and shave probably an hour or more of the machine time. It says in Fusion that the machining time for the arch top is 1:1:08 and the sides 20:00 - could that be wrong? How do I clean it up? Thanks for the advice.

That's a whole bunch of unnecessary movement.

VGCustom, I went (Create Form > Create > Plane) then sculpted the body by dragging down the sides here and there. After that was done, I went back into Model mode and did (Modify > Split Body) then just split the body by the Plane you sculpted. Here's a video that has the process. Starts around 4 minutes: www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrLUaoIe48A

This was awesomely helpful. Already did the back and it looks great. I was getting some pretty heavy jitters/chatter on the Adaptive clearing when I switched to the front side. Mahogany wood. 1/4 inch 4-flute bit. Using the attached settings. Any ideas how to reduce skipping/jittering of the bit?

Up the feed to 1800 or 2000 or so and cut the roughing step down to about 2.5mm. A 10mm step down is a lot in mahogany for the M3.Adjust from there.
