Not as pretty as some of the dust shoes here. Works fairly well but need longer brushes to catch more. Probably will try using brushes instead of the clear plastic next. Attachments:

No formal plans actually. Have been tweaking it for quite a while. Since I have a shop vac with a 2" hose for dust collection I wanted to get the vacuum as close to the cutter as I can and limit the size of the area it has to collect from inside the shoe. At the site below there are more pics and some crv files created in Cut2D for some of the parts. You might have to alter some of them but the basics are there. It is made from 1/4 MDF. How is the dust shoe working out? Wish I had more vacuum. I think the 1” inlet is too restrictive.
