Sometimes I get my circles that are a little off. Oval like sometimes. Usually on some of my small holes .25 circles and several of them will be like that not just one. I am cutting .08 plastic so it cuts easy no binding whatsoever.

Does it happen when you are using the computer running the cnc machine? If you are streaming commands I find it's best to leave the computer alone. Working on it while it's running the cnc machine can cause the commands to lag a bit which can affect dimensions of the final part if it happens on a curve or when the tool path needs to change.
At least that's what caused it on a 3d printer that I was having the same issue with.
Your problem may or may not be related the one I was having with my 3d printer though.

I have noticed after sometimes shutting down pc and then running the same part it will do fine sometimes. Using USG, so not sure if I have the option to opt of pc.

You may want to check the wheels on the Z axis and make sure they are all snug. I had that problem when I first setup the machine and found the top two were a bit loose from the frame allowing some play in the router.

Link makes a good point.
It’s also worthwhile to check your couplers the make sure there isn’t any slippage there. That can cause what you describe.

I second tightening the collar fasteners. I recently experienced the same issues and this was the fix. Best of luck.
