I'm just setting up tools in my F360 Cloud Library and was wondering what feed rates are appropriate for various sized end mills and ball nose mills with the Carve King and the standard Dewalt Router? The settings specified in the intro video on the Mill Right site with a 1/4 end mill for wood were:
RPM 24000 Cutting Feedrate 2000 mm/min Lead In Feedrate 1800 mm/min Lead Out Feedrate 1800 mm/min Plunge Feedrate 300 mm/min
Is this appropriate for all different sized mills 1/4" - 1/16" or do finer mills require slower feedrates? I have no experience with this so any help would be appreciated!

Oh that is awesome, thanks! The calculator shows Feedrate, should the Lead In and Lead Out be a couple hundred mm/min less?
I have some StewMac Downcut Downcut Inlay bits and I notice that the flutes on these bits run in the opposite direction of the bits from Mill Right (when viewed from the cutting end the flutes run counter-clockwise to the shaft. I've used these bit to do Mother Of Pearl inlay in ebony, is there something special that I need to do with them to use them in the Carve King?

No I use downcut bits a lot for doing inlay work with the CK. They make for a nice clean top edge for the cut.
