What would be the advantage of a two bracket mount? MY PR came with a single piece and required tweaking the angle of the router to tram well. I also have a heck of a time getting my router square in the current single mount. Would the dual mount help with this at all? I wouldn't think so, with the exception of perhaps being able to shim the top/bottom bracket to angle the router in the Y axis. That's actually the axis I'm off the most on though, so maybe useful for me anyway. I've considered shimming the bed or the gantry mounts to adjust that, just because they are easier to get to than the router bracket bolts. I haven't found a method I really like for tramming the router. I'd love a threaded adjustment system, like my Bridgeport, but I can see how that would be heavy and probably overkill. On the up side, I have that thing dialed in to a couple tenths. I'd be thrilled to get the router to +/-0.002". Probably overkill, but I like to eliminate the issues I can. X is close for me, but Y is about 0.03" off. That's enough that I wonder about detail carving having issues. To be fair though, I haven't actually tested that. However, it does put more load on one side of the endmills, which I dislike. More so as I consider doing metal work on it, which means I can't rely on surfacing the MDF spoilboard to take it up.

Does anyone have the math data for the mounts?

By math data do you mean dimensions?
