Z Axis off from left to right

I finally got everything working and went to do my first carve and noticed that as the carve went more to the right it stopped touching the board.  At first I thought that my board must be goofy.  Got a nice board and it did the same thing.  If I zero the Z out on the left side and move the machine all the way to the right it will be about 1.5mm from the surface.  Front to back seems just fine.  Any suggestions?

Which machine do you have?
Sounds like you need to square up your machine. Check the how to tram post in the Assembly Tips section of the forum.
