How to create the electrical circuit to get the fan to work

How to create the electrical circuit to get the fan to work. I plugged in the USB port to the board and was able to download the drivers the plugs came off of the other port now I’m not sure how they go back together to plug-in to create electrical circuit for the fan to work and then to change the voltage is on the stepper motors.
