Finally finished the assembly - everything tests good. Made a couple of additions. I bought a pair of 1 1/2 inch double wide brackets. Mounted one to the Y Motor End Plate using the hole for the upper bracket screw and attached the end of the lower drag chain to the bracket using a 3/8 #6 machine screw - no more stress in the wires. I used the second one to mount the controller to the back board. I drilled two holes through the enclosure and used 3/8 #machine screws to mount to the enclosure and 3/4 #8 wood screws to mount it to the backboard. I would still like to secure the upper drag chain to the Z Axis top - I'm thinking a piece of aluminum will do the trick. I also added an LED light ring to the router mount - it's 24v so it just plugs in to the power supply on the controller. All the homing switches are working as expected and I've just been playing around making sure movements on all the axis are smooth. Attachments:

I like the stripes on the end. I was thinking of marking off the cut area around the bed to show where the router position limits are located. Sometimes I setup too close to the edge of one side and then contend with trying not to crash the X axis, usually.
Yes, that is one bright CNC! Congrats on your build. Great idea for the drag chain mount.
