Hi folks, My Carve King has been working great for about 9 months but in the last few months my Y axis has gotten much noisier, particularly during homing or rapid travel. The cause seems to be the right side stepper motor. When I power down the controller and turn the lead screw by hand, I can hear a lot of audible clicking in the motor housing. All the other motors turn silently. Couple videos below may better tell the story:During rapid travel - www.dropbox.com/s/7sohl5bt31qcqw4/IMG_4777.mov?dl=0With controller off, turning the lead screw by hand - www.dropbox.com/s/c69gw64b8t4vmbq/IMG_4776.mov?dl=0Should I be concerned, or does this seem normal? The only issue I've encountered while running jobs is that small circular cuts have recently turning out as ellipses, but I've been trying to correct this with slower feed settings, tightening eccentric spacers, checking backlash nuts - which has all helped but not fully solved it. Thanks, Sean

Do you still have the spare driver? It might be worth just dropping that in or swapping the driver that controls the left side. I know that you still hear it when turning by hand, but I'd still be interested to hear if what I suggested has any effect.
