Hey guy's hoping for some help on the Y Axis threaded rod. One rod is fine no issues, however the other side separating at the red motor. Every 6 carves the rod separates at the stepper causes the machine to go off track. I can push them back together after some adjusting of the set screws. however one set screw just keeps spinning i think. Anyone have this issue or know a fix? Dont think the screw is stripped or anything just not locking down, And no box store has a small enough set screw for me. Thanks.

Hey Matt,
The only thing that causes what you describe is set screws not being set on the idler side. Their entire purpose is to keep the screw from walking. It may take replacing the bearing block itself if its stripped within the block. Email us at support@millrightcnc.com
