I downloaded HSMAdvisor and am putting in the info for my machine but there are a few blanks I dont know what to fill with.
So I have a few questions. Mostly about the spindle.
What is the max torque (for the purpose of setting up feeds and speeds and assuming the dewalt 618) of the power route? What is the RPM where the power from the Dewalt 618 reaches it's maximum? What is the RPM where the power begins to taper off? What is the power at Maximum RPM? (In HP)
When I am done I should be able to create a downloadable machine profile for the power route to calculate feeds and speeds for a ton of materials and tools.
Thanks in advance.

What is the max torque (for the purpose of setting up feeds and speeds and assuming the dewalt 618) of the power route? 0.49 Ft.Lbs. (T = HP * 5252 / RPM) What is the RPM where the power from the Dewalt 618 reaches it's maximum? 24000 Max speed
What is the RPM where the power begins to taper off? 8000 Min speed
What is the power at Maximum RPM? (In HP) 2.25 HP

Thanks a bunch that's a great help! One last question, what is the max feedrate of the power route?

Max rapids are as follows: X: 10,500 mm/min Y: 9,525 mm/min Z: 2,200 mm/min
Max cutting rate depends on the material and other settings. I normally tell people to keep it 90% of max feed and under.
