Hello everyone,
I am planning to buy the Carve King Bundle but I'm having some doubts about whether it will work properly in my country. Since I am not in the US or Canada, my mains provide 220V but it seems like the Dewalt dwp611 router uses 110V. From what I've read, the rest of the electronics will work as they allow 110V-240 60Hz as input but I'm not sure about the router. This might be a stupid question but I've checked all the manuals and nothing covers connecting the routers. Can someone please shed some light on this please?
Thanks

The 220V version of the DeWalt DWP611 is the DeWalt D26200. It has the same speed range and fits in the same mount. There may be a Bosch router available that fits the DeWalt mount as well.
The typical way to connect power on the MillRight CNC machines is to plug the power supply for the control electronics into mains power and separately plug in the router to mains power. You need to manually turn the router on and off and set the speed manually.

Thanks for the replies.
@bruce Yes, I might be able to use a step down transformer but many people report having issues with them. I don't even want to imagine how bad they will be when powering something that spins as fast as a router. So, I think I'm going to use the Dewalt D26200, like rowiac suggested.
