Hello all, I went to use my M3 this morning, and even though it's connected to the power and the USB, it neither responds to UGS Platform or gives any resistance if I manually move the router. It previously worked just fine, the only thing out of the ordinary is that I didn't remember to turn it off apparently on Sunday when I used it last.
Thoughts?

Maybe unplug the USB cable, cycle the 24v power and then reconnect the USB cable to the PC. You should hear the motors click when you plug in the USB cable to the PC.

Bruce, Thank you for your input, I just tried that without success. Additional information, UGS reports "an unexpected command was performed by the controller" when I have tried to home it

If you haven't already, try closing and relaunching UGS, then try to re-connect. If that doesn't work, reboot your computer and try again.

I just figured it out, and I'm a moron. The positive wire had come loose from the screw terminal

Glad it's working again...and a simple fix.
