Hey all,
Does anyone know what the max jog / rapid speeds are for the PR?
I found this info via a search:
Max rapids are as follows: X: 10,500 mm/min Y: 9,525 mm/min Z: 2,200 mm/min
However last night it I tried jogging the machine in the Y at 5000 mm/min then changed it to 8000mm/min, the speeds didnt change. Is it a limitation in UGS or am I missing something?
Thanks!

Type in $$ and look at lines $110, $111, $112.
110 is x max rate 111 is y max rate 112 is z max rate

Those values are correct for the standard version (2x2). If you were typing in Java commands using g0 there would not be any change in speed. the rights on the left should only apply if you are using the jog buttons.

$110 = 10500.000 (X-axis maximum rate, mm/min) $111 = 9525.000 (Y-axis maximum rate, mm/min) $112 = 2200.000 (Z-axis maximum rate, mm/min)
These are UGS max rates, or machine limits for the PR?

Those are the maximum rates the Power Route will allow. If it got a command on an axis at a faster rate, it would cap it at what is listed there.
