So I've had my Power Route for about a year now. It's been super handy and i'm really happy with it. What kind of maintenance should I do to it? I've only ever cleaned it in the year I've had it. What kinda routine checks do I need to make? Do I need to readjust bearings after some time? Reapply oil? Tighten screws(I hope not with all the loc tight I used). I'm entirely in the dark as to how to maintenance the machine. Where do I look for signs of wear? Any advice?

I would suggest just cleaning it periodically, checking that coulers are tight, and wiping down rails and ball screws with an oil coated rag. That's about all that is needed.

Apologies for my lack of knowledge here, but what kind of oil/grease is recommended for the ballscrews? I see “ DuPont Teflon Non-Stick Dry-Film Lubricant” spray recommended in another thread by another forum-goer for general maintenance...is that appropriate here or is there a better manufacturer-recommended option?

I like 3-n-1 oil or simply a heavy weight motor oil. There's nothing wrong with using Teflon dry lube, I just like an oily rag because you're going to clean the surface, lubricate it, and help prevent corrosion.
