another question....lets say I have 4 tool changes....I zero on corner, do 1 pass, the machine returns to corner and its up above piece a little. Do I have to lower z, touch off and re-enter g92 xo yo zo, and g90 g0 z.2 again? and then again and again..... Thats what I have been doing cause I don't know what to enter , seems like I am wasting time doing this, but I am a gcode dummy.

If you are using the spoil board as the Z0 in the model you would just touch the tool to the bottom of the spoil board. Also, unless you lost steps (you would probably know if you did), you don't need to reset X and Y. Just put the new tool on the surface of the spoil board (assuming that is the Z0 in your CAM setup) and type G92 Z0. Then job it up to get it over the stock and run it.
