Gantry Rails not cut to spec - Carve King

After several heard scratching hours. with assembly, disassembly, reassembly - due to the gantry jamming on the rails - I eventually realized that the 2 gantry rails were not 613mm as expected (per the instructions and packing info.  One was 611mm and another was 608 mm !  


This caused the side plates to be slanted inwards - so the wheels were far from the center of the rails -- hence the jamming.


I have reached out to Support tonight, awaiting their action / advice in the morning I hope ---  anxious to get this assembled and carving!


Has another one experienced this issue?   Or am I just a "lucky newbie" who got bad parts??!!

Sent an email last night..... Derek got back to me quickly this morning with an apology and plans to ship me 2 new rails. Disappointing as I want to get this thing running asap - but the response and action are appreciated.
