I have my new board installed and the UGS tests almost worked. The X axis only moves 2mm either way and stops abruptly with a clunk sound. Won't move any further. By hand, I can push it 2-3" and than another clunk. I feels as if it's stopping in a hole or groove. I cannot see a problem, but suspect I have poorly adjusted the X. Before I start monkeying around with it, I was hoping that someone here knew exactly what it is.
UPDATE:
Loosened and re-tightened X axis wheels until the "clunk" was gone. Basically, I've learned not to tighten the wheels too much.

When you say 'tightened the wheels', do you mean adjusting the eccentric nuts? Or you tightened the through bolt for the wheels? I am building my CK right now, and will be trying to run it out and get some basica calibrations over the next couple weeks.

I actually tweaked the nuts and the wheels. Also, as you tighten things up, check for smooth, easy movement. If it's hard to move by hand, it's probably too tight.
