Purchased a used Carve King from a local hobbyist and let it sit in my garage for a few months until getting around to setting up a computer and connecting to the machine. Being completely computer illiterate getting the right programs installed and learning about what I’m getting into has been a task in itself but I’ve gotten to the point where I’m trying to use the set up wizard in UGS and the jog commands appear to be working on my computer but I’m hearing no audible motor noise from the stepper motors and the machine is stationary. Secondly the fan for the Uno board doesn’t come on as I plug in the power, I see lights on the boards inside but unsure what they mean. Do I need to order a new uno board? Bad wiring? And help would be much appreciated just looking for a step in the right direction, thanks all.
