Hommer - I've been wanting to try some inlay tests. Curious how you got the nice sharp angles on the interior of the floral design... did you just file it out after?

Here are the gcodes for the flower. The pocket is 1/8 deep and the parts are cut from 1/8th stock. I used a 1/16 bit to do all the cutting. This was an early inlay I did using Easel.

Ok, so the sharp corners in the flower petals are achievable with the 1/16" bit. That's good to know - thanks!

Learn the methods for V-bit inlays. Really easy to maintain sharp corners and detail.
