So after being on these forums a bit and having my machine for some time, I am fairly confident in toolpath generation and workflow. I had yet to carve MDF as the last time I attempted it, it jacked up my lungs. Since I built an enclosure, it was officially time to do it. This design was based off the sandyeggo version but modified for a friend who prefers Captain America over Ironman.

Looking good man. Really superb piece. As you have realized... A good dust mask is a real necessity with mdf especially. Please don’t expose yourself to all that dust.

Looks great! How did you finish it? I coated the mdf in Rustoleum Triple Glaze then sprayed the black. I followed that with a sanding and a final triple coat.
