So I decided to design a sign for a buddy of mine who loves Overwatch. Bit: 90 Degree V bit & 1/4” Flat End Mill 2 flute for profile Feed: 100IPM w/ 10 IPM plunge & ramping Steps: V Carve Profile/Contour cut Clear coat Black for deep areas Belt sander to take off a bit followed by hand sand 320 grit Clear coat Now I wait to dry and hopefully I can drop it off tomorrow. Thoughts?

I think that looks great. Seems like you made a nice cut and then you put a really good looking artistic touch on it too with the finish you gave it .

I wasn’t too worried about the possible voids in the plywood as I was going to fill them with paint. Overall, it was a blast and of course, easy to do on the Carve King.

Only thing I changed since last photos, I taped the front and sprayed the back and edges black.
