I finally figured out how to do a box and lid in fusion 360, here is my first attempt, It's 30mm x 30mm, I used a scrap piece of lumber that was laying around, once I fine tune it a little and work out the rough spots, I'll try and slip some finer working material in there to work with. For now i'm just gonna work through that pile of scrap wood out back.

Maybe a lighter stain for that wood. The grain was so nice was a crime to cover it up!

Good work. Is it a ring box? Just a test with some scraps, trying to figure out how to do a heart box with the split lids before Valentine's day, little project I saw online, think I have it figured out now, going to give it a shot tmro
