I'm having some issues with my spindle. From time to time it's stalling out for a moment; it seems to happen only in the front right quadrant of the cut area. I've checked my cables, and they're not getting pulled too tight (and it doesn't always happen at the furthest travel point). Here's a video of what I'm seeing/hearing (the first bit it cuts goes fine, then you can hear the spindle drop power on the large diamond and the second triangle as it cuts them):
So far, it hasn't failed a cut when it's doing this (I'm guessing the spindle has enough momentum on it to keep it from completely stopping). I have pushed this spindle fairly hard (it's cut several pieces of marble and a couple of cuts in harder stone), and have been considering changing it out for a 611, but I thought I'd see if anyone had any ideas so I can postpone the upgrade.
Edited to add: I just had a pretty big dropout right in the dead center of the work area. Still never in the back left.

If it only happens in one position and intermittent even in that position I strongly suspect that a connector crimp is not getting good contact. I know you said that you check the cables but this behavior just point to a connection.
