I also want to correct something that was said. You reported that you didn’t get a router noubtbon December 22nd at 11:39. Six minutes later (11:45) I told you we would send one out priority that same day. I think we ha sled that pretty quickly so I want to dispel the idea that you waited an extended period (weeks) for that correction.

Your customer service is great, but not to happy about everything burning out on me, the power supply burnt out, and now the router. And no I did not get a message from you yesterday about returning the router, I checked several times today. There was NO message in my inbox. Thank you
