Derek;
1) I'm short 1 M5 spacer washer (for V Wheel), the 1 I received is slightly thinner and has a center that is only partially punched out.
2) The 613 mm 20x40s were closer to 615 mm in length, I have fixed these by flat filing them.
Tip: If you de-burr and chamfer the threads of the rails after running the self-tapping screws in, the parts will fit better and not torque out of alignment.
The following is a list of parts I would like to purchase:
3) A stiffening mod for the X and Y rails.
16 Drop-in t-nuts 16 M5x25 machine screws 16 M5 split lock washers 16 M5 flat washers
4) Mod to allow 'Nod' adjustment of the Z axis:
4 eccentric spacers to replace the bottom spacers on the Y end plates
Thanks Ken

Hi Ken,
There's normally a couple extra M5 washers in the hardware that you can use between the bearings in the V wheel if one of those wasn't right. Also, I'd like to politely challenge the 615 thing. 2mm is a lot. We are very careful about measuring twice before it's cut and once after it's cut to make sure we get within +-0.5mm
Good tip by the way. Thanks for sharing.
I could send ya a PM for those parts if you'd like. You'd have to drill the holes in the bottom spacers to use for the Y end plates. Would that be okay with you?

Derek;
Sorry it took so long to get back, I had to find my other tape measure.
Didn't know the washers were not special, all the other CNC houses talk about special spacers.
Both tape measures read 24 3/16th plus, times 25.4 is 614.3625 mm (pus). this is after I had cleaned them up. Looks like I'll need to do more.
Yes, please send me a PM for the new stuff.
Thanks Ken

We're measuring these direct with a metric tape for what it's worth.
I'll PM you now.

Derek New here so not sure if this is the best place to post this. My M3 build is complete, great kit and instructions. My only hang ups where: 1 of the Y axis plates (holes on the short side) were not big enough to fit the M5 bolts for the bearings. The other plate was fine. I spent some time looking for the M4x8 and M4x12 bolts for the bearing blocks then realized the M4x10 and M4x14 bolts were better replacements. The M6x50 bolt for the extension spring/Z striker was not threaded all the way as pictured. Oh, and trial and error on the limits. Eyesight isn't what it used to be to see the markings on the switches. I went with the spindle which came with bolts and washers but no nuts. What I did was make a rectangular piece drilled and tapped for the clamp side so you only need 1 tool for setting or removing spindle. I'm impressed with this machine but have no cnc skills. My son is impressed with this machine and he is a cnc maniac. Keep up the great work.

Thanks SWC.
Sorry about the mixup on the M6x50. It looks like we simply procured the wrong thing here. We can definitely send another if you need it. We have recently updated the instructions to reflect the x8 to x10 and x12 to x14 change. I'll speak with them about the nuts.
Thanks for your feedback and I'm glad your son likes the machine! Show off what you make.
